DORVIANA provides non-medical in-home and community-based supportive services for children, teens, and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Los Angeles County under California’s Self-Determination Program (SDP).

Every participant is unique — that’s why we work closely with families to support and implement individualized goals outlined in the Person-Centered Plan (PCP).

Whether the focus is on daily routines, social connection, or community participation, we create a plan tailored to each child’s strengths, challenges, and aspirations.
